The menu has a variety of steaks and other meats, seafood, pasta, salads and vege- tarian/vegan dishes. Steaks are seared on their wood-fired grill to impart extra flavor and then finished in a 1600 degree broiler for a tasty crust. They are working with Master Purveyors in Tampa for all their steaks, which will be Prime, Choice and Wagyu Cuts. Also they source their produce locally as much as possi- ble and make their own fresh pasta in-house. All desserts are prepared from scratch by Nicole and their in-house pastry chef.
