their event planning experience will make your next event special. Cremesh Restaurant seats 42 inside and 12 outside. The name Cremesh? It is Tracy's favorite Hungarian dessert. It's a vanilla cream pudding topped with fresh seasonal fruit between layers of puff pastry. It is delightful, as is the restaurant, and I hope to see many of you here.

Chef Pavel's love for baking can soon be sampled at his new business, slated to open at the end of November. Cremesh Coffee and Bakery, at 1822 59th Street in Bradenton (941-782-8039). The bakery will feature pastries, desserts, and loaves of bread, baked with flour, which has no GMO, is not bleached and contains no preservatives. Hours will be from 6.30-5pm, Monday through Friday and 8am-2pm on Saturday. It will undoubtedly be great to visit the bakery for premi- um quality baked goods, fresh sandwiches, and good coffee. Bradenton needs a good bakery to meet and relax.
