Pesto Bistro & Wine Bar has recently opened on September 8th. It has an attractive and cozy atmosphere and features a mouth-watering menu with Italian, French, and Mediterranean influ- ences. Chef/Owner Joe Rimer and his wife Lianne serve a copious amount of delectable dishes ranging from their signature Roast Duck, Prosciutto, and Avocado roll, with a mustard cream sauce and chimichurri to their Gulf Coast Adriatic which features their Chef’s fresh catch sautéed with kalamata olives and topped with sun-dried tomato pesto or it can also be sautéed with lemon butter, capers, and Pinot Grigio.
Pesto has a cool out- door dining area, a cozy bar, a
wine room, and a spacious main
dining room. It is an excellent
venue to host special dinners,
wedding rehearsals, corporate events, family reunions or just to hang out with a special friend. Pesto is currently offering takeout and will soon be offering delivery. Live entertainment from acoustic guitarist Shaun Hopper and other talented artists are here on Fridays and
