Welcome to Clementines, the vision of 22-year-old entre- preneur Sky Kirkwood (pictured right). Growing up immersed in her family's businesses, Island Scoops and Island Donut Company on Anna Maria Island, Sky cultivated a passion for crafting vibrant menus and creating inviting atmospheres. Clementines offers a diverse array of menu items, including Fresh Fruit Smoothies, Acai Bowls, Parfaits, Waffles, Wraps, Sandwiches, Salads, and Toasts, catering to a variety of tastes. The charming store offers dining for sit-in or a few tables out- side. Takewaways are also offered here.
Initially, Sky envisioned launching Clementines as a food truck; however, upon discovering a location on 536 13th Street West (941-900-2007) in downtown Bradenton this past August, she instinctively recognized it as the perfect fit. Clementines officially opened on September 12th, just days before Hurricane Helene dev- astated her family’s businesses on Anna Maria Island. The Kirkwood family is profoundly grateful to have Clementines as a refuge during their rebuilding process and to become a part of the vibrant downtown atmosphere in Bradenton.
Recognizing the importance of accommodating diverse dietary preferences, Sky ensures that delicious options are available for gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegan diets. Clementines transcends
the traditional dining experi- ence; it has emerged as a lively hub where friends gather over meals, profes- sionals seek a tranquil retreat from their work, and individuals can enjoy quick, wholesome nourishment.
Visit Clementines to experience a charming ambiance and a vibrant array of flavors waiting to be explored. They are open Monday through Friday 8 to 4 and Saturday 8 to 1.
