Their menu features dishes such as Seafood Paella, Shrimp and Maine Lobster Risotto, Wagyu Beef Burger, Veal Saltimbocca alla Romana and of course their house favorite, ‘fall off the bone’ Rack of Braised BBQ Ribs! Some particular steak dishes they offer from their aged beef selection are the"Feast" Oscar, (aged N.Y. strip with Maine lobster, asparagus and creamy hollandaise), Prime Ribeye with fried Vidalia onion rings or Surf and Turf with an 8oz. Black Angus Sirloin and six Shrimp prepared to your liking.
As starters you may enjoy one of their many award-winning sal- ads or tasty appetizers like Firecracker Shrimp, Escargot or Mozzarella Wedges. Did we mention that their award-winning pizza is possibly the best in town? Come and decide for yourself. If you prefer early dining or if you are out for a day trip at our beautiful beaches then swing by for lunch and enjoy all-you-can-eat-shrimp or Fish and Chips. The Bridge Tender & Dockside Bar features fresh local and imported seafood, steaks, ribs, pastas, great appetizers, sandwiches, munchies and more. The restaurant is divided into three areas: the din- ing room inside, the patio Packer bar and the tiki bar right on the water. They offer lunch, dinner, munchie and drink menus in all areas. Situated facing Sarasota Bay, the Bridge Tender affords unparalleled views of the famous City of Bradenton Beach fishing pier, the clock tower, the Intracoastal Waterway and Sarasota Bay.
