Owners of the new Scuderia are Amanda Ventura and Executive Head Chef Christopher Doe who both hail from southern New Jersey. Amanda has 10 years experience in the FOH (front of
Artichoke Dip, Caprese, Shrimp-ccini along with Classic Caesar Salad and fresh Mozzarella. The pastas will amaze you in taste and por- tions. Included at Scuderia are Linguine, Penne, Angel Hair and Bowtie pastas along with Eggplant Parmigiana, Cheese Ravioli, Escarole and Cannellini Beans, Pasta Primavera and Sausage Diavolo to name a few.
Seafood offerings include Linguini and Clams, Mussels, Scallops and Seafood Alfredo along with 12 selections of Chicken to enjoy. Don’t forget the pizzas with over 25 choices as well as Stromboli and Calzones, wow! You can order from a variety of hot and cold sandwiches and paninis along with a Chicken & Walnut Salad for lunch from 11am to 3:30pm. Beer and wine is served at Scuderia and I love the cool bar.

The idea of Tahini Beach Cafe blossomed dur- ing quarantine in Ohio in 2020 when Chef Emad Al- Masri and his family brainstormed new opportunities for the future as they dreamt of sunshine, water, good food, and a more laid-back lifestyle. Little did Chef Emad know that almost year and half later this would come to fruition on Anna Maria Island. Quality, customer happiness, and portion size are their main priorities here. At Scuderia they make fresh food using the finest ingredients and their portions are large because they believe in peo- ple leaving with full stomachs and a smile on their face. How Italian is that!!!???
Amanda and Christopher took over the lease of the former Italian restaurant right next to the Oakmont Cinema, Gio and spent 12 hours a day renovating and cleaning for three months to make it their own, and it shows. Fresh paint, a revamped kitchen, cozy seating at the bar and room for 65 diners inside with another 30 outside make Scuderia a great choice for your next lunch or dinner.
