Chef Emad is excited by this new opportunity as he is used to sharing his talents in fine dining cuisine as the previous chef and owner of The Buckley House in Marietta, Ohio, and in many posi- tions as an Executive Chef at some of the country’s top restaurants.
Tahini Beach Cafe will be opening in March as a casual breakfast-brunch-lunch spot that blends homemade, traditional Middle Eastern food with a healthy focus. The restaurant will offer a fun, artistic, laid-back, and welcoming environment for Bradenton/Anna Maria locals and visitors from around the country and the world. Diners can enjoy sitting amidst colorful, art-covered walls while taking a “choose your own adventure” approach to their meal. The menu at Tahini Beach Cafe allows diners to choose from different options to create a dish that best suits their taste buds.

When native New Yorker, Paul Orofino, arrived in Miami Beach 20 years ago, he had no idea he was about to open the first barbecue restaurant in South Beach. When he got that barbecue urge and asked his friends where is the closest barbecue restaurant, they said there isn’t one. So Orofino, the entrepreneur that he is, decided
and knew this was to be the Tahini Beach Cafe they had visualized back in 2020. Their daughter, Jasmine Al-Masri, relocated from Los Angeles to Sarasota soon after, making this a true family affair.
