A place as unique as its name The Lazy Ballerina Bistro is a restaurant and wine bar opening at 2715 Manatee Ave West in Bradenton hopefully in the month of September. The charming build- ing is in what was Cafe Luna and is undergoing needed renovations to bring it to its full glory. It will be beautiful when complete. The Lazy Ballerina Bistro is owned by two local business women, Becky Kern- Garbus and Rae Ellen Hayo both who have long ties to the Bradenton community. After several conversations over the years they both decid- ed it would be nice for a place close by to have a glass of wine, or a local beer, and a small plate of food in a unique atmosphere.
