EnRich Bistro is thrilled to announce its highly anticipated reopening in Bradenton at 5239 Manatee Avenue West. After four years of anticipation, the beloved American cuisine restaurant reopened its doors on May 10th, just in time to celebrate Mother's Day on May 12th. Both days saw the restaurant fully booked, showcasing the over- whelming excitement and support from the community. Now, EnRich Bistro is excited to offer dinner service from 5pm-11pm Monday through Thursday, and 5pm-1am Friday and Saturday, inviting guests to indulge in its renowned culinary creations throughout the week.
The relaunch of EnRich Bistro follows a period of transforma- tion and adaptation. Forced to close its doors due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the team behind EnRich Bistro, led by Chef-Owner Rich Knowles, pivoted by purchasing and running Innovative Dining, a catering company that showcased Chef Knowle’s culinary expertise and commitment to excellence.
