Tucked in the corner of Beachway plaza in Northwest Bradenton, get to know a "neighborhood gem" Cremesh European Restaurant 7232 Manatee Avenue West, (941-896-9422). This quaint and cozy small restaurant offers high-quality, made-from-scratch European cuisine with friendly customer service. As a result, they have earned an outstanding reputation among the locals for excellent food and service.
Chef/Owner Pavel is the creative force behind this wonderful restaurant and his new business, Cremesh Coffee and Bakery, located at 1822 59th Street Bradenton (941-782-8039), next to Blake Hospital. His creative flair and knowledge from working in Europe add to his unique menu at the restaurant and his amazing cakes and pastries at the bakery. Chef Pavel does not believe in shortcuts; he cooks from scratch, so all the extra work ensures that his dishes are healthy and delicious.
At Cremesh European Restaurant they are open from 5-9 pm Tuesday through Sunday. Chef Pavel’s delicious dinners include Beef Stroganoff, Wiener Schnitzel, Roast Duck, Pork Shank, and Curried Pork Medallions. Appetizers include Potato Pancakes, grilled Bratwurst, and the best French Onion Soup in town. They have a good selection of European wines and carry European beers on tap, including Pilsner Urquell from the Czech Republic and Kostriquer from Germany. Chef Pavel also prepares "specials" every week, including favorites like German or Bohemian Sauerbraten, Chicken Paprikash, Segadine Goulash, and Stuffed Potato Dumplings. Specials are posted on their Facebook page and website.
Their Cremesh Coffee and Bakery hours are from 7 am-3 pm, Monday through Friday, and 8 am-2 pm on Saturday. This beautiful bak- ery is a much-needed family-owned coffee shop that offers high-quality pastries, freshly baked bread, soup, salads, quiche, and sandwiches. Their kolaches, muffins, paczki donuts, cinnamon rolls, croissants, European pastries, desserts, and fresh bread, are all baked with non-GMO, unbleached, and preservative-free flour.
