Whether you choose to dine inside enjoying their 500 gallon saltwater aquarium, or outside on their lovely deck or garden courtyard, you are guaranteed a beautiful view of Tampa Bay, Egmont Key, the new Anna Maria City Pier and the Sunshine Skyway. Their regular menu is based on the finest products they can find and updated seasonally. They are prepared in classic form, with emphasis on fresh, natural flavors. Most customers will recognize favorites – picatta, au poivre, pesto, mojo, and other styles.
Owner Jason Suzor is very involved in the restaurant and he, along with his staff present themselves very well. They devote one page of the menu daily to unusual items and special presentations, where the staff’s creativity can be explored. They practice the old formula – finest product, classic presentation, with the addition of more unusual and seasonal items with cutting edge techniques. They try to find fresh fish that are an underutilized local species, and showcase them with fitting
