Euphemia Haye was established in 1975 by Les Buntin who named it after his grandmother; Euphemia. It was created as a dining establishment that combined a warm, friendly ambiance with out- standing service and an imaginative menu that used only the finest foods available. They continue that tradition to this day.
Downstairs, you will enjoy their eclectic a la carte menu in one of their fine dining rooms overlooking a tropical garden studded with twinkle lights. Though they are frequently voted as one of the areas most romantic restaurants, the quaint cottage ambiance is suitable for friends and coworkers as well as a newly married couple. Love, great food and wine is in the air here!

He was also a favorite guest on local TV shows and at food festivals and a great Green Bay Packer fan!
D’Arcy Arpke has a formal background in Liberal Arts and Business. She had hotel, catering, and restaurant experience, along with management of a local gourmet and cooking shop. The Arpkes regular- ly traveled to wineries and wine events to find new selections to add to the restaurant’s extensive wine cellar. They also attended fine food and wine seminars. As well, the Arpke’s are dedicated to their community and partake in many outside fund-raising events. The Arpke’s have since retired and the restaurant is currently owned by Amy Whitt. Whitt, a
