If you would rather enjoy a meal at your hotel or residence then they offer the entire menu for carry out or delivery. Their express ‘kitchen to customer’ is great for speedy and efficient service. They also feature amazing daily desserts (from local fave Hometown Desserts), and your choice of 8 local microbrew beers on tap or a 100+ bottle wine collec- tion with numerous choices by the glass. cod, tuna, swordfish, salmon, sea scal- lops, mussels, steamer clams, cherry- stones, and more. Lobsters are an incredibly healthy, low cholesterol food,
which have fewer calories and saturated fats than both chicken and turkey, (National Institute of Health).
For a nutritious light lunch try Suzanne's Summer Salad made with garbanzos, edamame, cranberries, sweet-roasted corn and onion and a sweet-ish vinaigrette. You can grab it ready to go or try it on top of a green salad, or in sandwich wraps in lieu of mayo and cheese. It also pairs perfectly with their salmon. It's healthy and protein packed! Do try their homemade New England Clam Chowder, the best!
Suzanne will steam lobster or shrimp for you, ready to take home and eat - call ahead or just walk in. You can also pick lobsters from their 1,000 gallon tank and take them home live. Items from their freezer include frog legs, octopus, smelts, soft shell crab, salt cod, craw- fish meat and more. In addition they offer marinated meats from the Butchery in Danvers, Massachusetts, and pies from the local Sarasota Caribbean Pie Company. Specialty items can be ordered and gift cer- tificates are available.
They are open all year round and on most holidays (please order ahead), they are always happy to see you! A terrific store with friendly ownership and staff. Check them out on Facebook for cool pic- tures or online at www.LotsaLobsterSarasota.com.
